Admission

  • Admission is open to all. Generally, admission is given only in classes K.G., Preparatory and Std. XI. For other classes admission will be considered based only on availability of seat. Usually students will not be admitted in Std. IX, X and XII.
  • For admission to K.G. , a child must be of age in between 3½ and 4½ years and for Preparatory class in between 4½ and 5½ years in April. Birth Certificate is required at the time of registration.
  • Once a child is admitted, no change/alteration will be allowed in the name of the child or parents and date of birth.
  • A scholar who has passed from the previous class only will be considered for admission.
  • Transfer Certificate [T. C.] should be submitted at the time of admission for Class II and above. The T. C. must have signature of the regular Principal/Vice Principal of the previous school and it should be counter signed by an officer not below the rank of District Inspector of Schools/Education Officer/Deputy Director of Education of the Education Department of the State/Union Territory concerned. In case of a student migrating from another CBSE affiliated School, the T. C. issued by the previous school may have the countersignatureof the Regional Officer of the Board or the Asst. Commissioner of the KVS or the Deputy Director, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti in India or an officer of the Board at the Head Quarters and, by the First Secretary/Attaché/Cultural Attaché or an equivalent officer of the Embassy/High Commissioner of India in the concerned country in respect of students studying in an affiliated school of the CBSE situated outside the country. Admission shall not be granted without such a counter signature.
  • Admission and other Annual/General fee will have to be paid along with the first monthly installment of Tuition Fees. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued on a written request from the parent or Guardian after setting all the dues of the School. One month's notice or one month's fee in advance will have to be given for issue of Transfer Certificate.
  • Students joining in mid-session will have to pay fee for the whole session.

Fee Details

  • Fees, including Bus Fee, may be deposited with UCO Bank, Dhurwa, Ranchi-04 or ANDHRA BANK, Lalji Hirji Road, Ranchi-01 between 7th and 20th of the month.
  • In case fee for a month is not deposited in the same month, it can be deposited in the next month, during specified days, in the Bank, along with a fine of Rs. 10/- (Ten) and thereafter Rs. 25/- per default month.
  • Annual fee, Examination Fee, Maintenance Fee etc. [as given in the fee book] are to be paid along with the tuition fee of JULY, for existing students.
  • Fee can be paid either monthly or for the whole session in advance.
  • Students from class KG to IX & XI having their admit card will only be allowed to appear for the Annual Examination.
  • Payment of fee is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Students are not allowed to go to the Bank during school hours for this purpose.
  • Board Exam/Registration Fee, charges for excursion, picnics etc. [organized by the School] are not included in the regular Fee.
  • Excess fee, if deposited, during the currency of a session, will be allowed to be claimed by September of the next school session only. A sum of Rs. 10/- will be charged from each applicant as processing charge for settling the claim, for which a receipt will be issued by the school.
